Community Pool

The center piece of our community is the full size pool where neighbors can meet and relax while getting a break from the hot summer heat. There is also a smaller pool for the little ones that is always a good reason to look forward to opening day at the pool.

Welcome to the official website of the Northshire Maintenance Fund, Inc. Northshire, a beautiful community nestled in the tall trees of Humble was developed as a small community by Westchester Corporation with close access to F.M. 1960 and Highway 59.  Amenities such as a clubhouse, community pool and community park make Northshire a wonderful place to relax and raise a family.

Northshire Maintenance Fund, Inc. is managed by a Board of Directors, elected by the residents and administrative services are provided by Sterling Association Services, Inc.

Northshire Forms

Before making any exterior improvements/modifications to your home, you must submit the signed Exterior Improvement Application to the Northshire Maintenance Fund Improvement Committee for approval. Exterior home improvements, such as replacing a roof, remodeling , exterior building, any exterior painting (even to paint the same color), pools, basketball goals, etc. are changes that MUST be approved by the Architectural Control Committee of the Homeowners Association before any type of building or change takes place. A prompt response will be returned to you once the application is reviewed.
